PETIT CHABLIS

The Petit Chablis comes from a 30-year-old vineyard, located on 4 hectares of plateau surface.

Characteristics

Soil type: Kimmeridgian, limestone rich in fossils, which brings finesse and minerality to Chablis wines.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Vine age: 30 years.

Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%.

Tasting: This Petit Chablis is small only in name. It displays a pale golden and greenish color, with brilliant, bright, and clear appearance. The nose is young and fresh, offering a beautiful and lively expression of a whirlwind of floral notes. On the palate, it is lively, pleasant, and fruity, within a finely mineral universe that leads to a fragrant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal with fish, seafood, or as an aperitif.

Serving temperature: 10-11°C.
