The wine showcases a purple-red robe with brilliant reflections. On the nose, delightful notes of undergrowth and black fruits such as blackberry and blackcurrant captivate the senses. The light palate reveals sour cherry with soft and pleasant tannins, harmoniously coming together in a lingering sweet and tangy finish.

Grape variety: 92% Pinot Noir, 8% César.

Soil type: Clay-limestone.

Vine age: 4 years.

Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks. Maceration time of 10 days. 20% aged in oak barrels.

Alcohol: 12.8%

Food Pairing: Pairs wonderfully with red meats, cheeses, and desserts.

Serving temperature: 13-14°C.
