CHABLIS

The persistence of these aromas is remarkable. In the mouth, the wine showcases magnificent density, with a mineral elegance and finesse that captivate the palate. The finish is long and satisfying.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Soil type: Kimmeridgian, limestone rich in fossils, contributing finesse and minerality to Chablis wines.

Vine age: 35 years.

Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks. Aging on lees after malolactic fermentation.

Alcohol: 12.5%
