Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks.
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Tasting: This Premier Cru Chablis presents a pale gold robe with slight greenish reflections, appearing brilliant, bright, and clear. The nose radiates with sunshine and maturity, offering a rich and distinguished bouquet of intertwined flowers. On the palate, it is ample and round, striking a perfect balance between power and finesse, mellowness and freshness. It showcases all the qualities that captivated us on the nose. The finish is indulgent and voluptuous, leaving a lasting impression of pleasure.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with river fish, grilled white meat, and smoked salmon.
