This Chablis exhibits a pale white gold robe with subtle green reflections, appearing brilliant, bright, and clear. The nose is resplendent with sunshine and maturity, offering a rich and distinguished bouquet of mixed flowers. On the palate, it is ample and round, striking a perfect balance between power and finesse, mellowness and freshness. It encompasses everything that has captivated us on the nose. The finish is indulgent and voluptuous, leaving a lasting impression of pleasure.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.

Soil type: Kimmeridgian, limestone rich in fossils, contributing finesse and minerality to Chablis wines.

Vine age: 70 years.

Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks. Aging on lees after malolactic fermentation.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Food Pairing: Perfect as an aperitif, and also pairs wonderfully with fish, poultry, and seafood.
