Tasting: This wine presents a pale white gold robe with subtle green reflections, appearing brilliant, bright, and clear. The nose evolves with purity and distinction, offering a succession of fresh citrus and vanilla notes that exude sweetness and smoothness. On the palate, it showcases race, richness, power, finesse, and mellowness within a resolutely mineral universe. A delicate touch of oak combines with a very long finish, leaving a lasting impression.
Food Pairing: Pairs exquisitely with saffron-roasted langoustines, truffled sweetbread, and salmon tataki.
