Situated on the slopes, our Chablis pairs well with fish, shellfish, and seafood. Fresh and light, its aroma and flavor develop rapidly. Can be aged for 3 to 5 years.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Soil type: Kimmeridgian, limestone rich in fossils, bringing finesse and minerality to Chablis wines.
Vine age: 35-40 years.
Vinification: Natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations with 100% indigenous yeasts in tanks.
Alcohol: 12.5%.
Tasting: This Chablis has a pale and brilliant yellow color, with a delicate and very fruity nose reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits and citrus. The palate is supple and surprises with its freshness. It is a wine with a surprising balance between liveliness and natural roundness.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fish, white meat, and seafood.
